Unite the Union led this project to increase learners’ understanding and take up of e-learning opportunities amongst non traditional learners. The project developed face to face and e-learning resources as well as teaching programmes that offered a blended approach to learning. Learners were engaged via employers as well as the national education team at Unite the Unions. 245 learners took part in the introductory Moodle course, with 93 of those progressing to further learning during the project.
