A room at emergency access accommodation was set up as a library and a book club was created for young people aged 19-25 accessing the accommodation. The project engaged socially isolated and excluded individuals, who are unemployed people and homeless people accessing social housing services. Learners were provided with reading materials and engaged in discussions about books. Links were established with the local library and some learners have now registered there as well.
