This project, led by Business in the Community, promoted self-organised learning through the model of skill-swapping. Private, public and third sector organisations were encouraged to share skills at four events held in the region; skill-swapping was also promoted within workplaces so that learners could access a wide range of informal learning opportunities. Featured skills included health and wellbeing related activities such as dance and first aid, and digital learning activities such as setting up a website.
