New Mornings, Old Streets

The University of Salford
New Mornings, Old Streets presented opportunities for over 500 adult learners from communities in Salford and Greater Manchester to engage with a range of learning activities directed by their own interests, including film making, media technologies, creative projects, social & cultural history and self-development. It also gave local people a platform to tell their own stories and share their experiences. The project was open and fully inclusive to adults from all sectors of the community yet specifically targeted those from groups who do not traditionally engage in education.
