The Terrence Higgins Trust and Global Beach led this project to establish a learning legacy for adults living with HIV. The project used a cascade model: 8 learners were trained to become Positive Self Management Programme (PSMP) Masters; they then trained a further 34 learners to become PSMP Tutors. The Tutors are now able to deliver 7 week courses to groups of 10 learners at a time, enabling people living with HIV to self-manage their condition more effectively and improve their lives through better health and understanding.
