Bolton Literacy Trust used a Week of Wonder (WOW) Learning Festival to engage local residents in a varied programme of informal adult learning activities. Sessions on arts and culture, cooking, photography, book groups and local history were complemented by a strong focus on digital technology, with learners taking part in music and photography workshops and video sharing. The project established a new website, www.learningrevolution4bolton.co.uk, which features a directory of all learning delivered by voluntary organisations in Bolton.
