The Agile Learning Programme

The Guinness Trust
This project, led by Guinness Hermitage, aimed to engage vulnerable young adults in informal adult learning. Working in partnership with Exeter CVS, a varied programme of informal learning activities was made available to social housing tenants, those affected by homelessness and people with mental health issues. 150 learners engaged in activities including gardening, pet care, singing and family history research. Digital media were a key part of the delivery process and allowed learners to improve their ICT skills while pursuing the learning of their choice.
