This project, led by BCTV, engaged 230 learners in learning activities designed to promote and support sustainable living. The project also strengthened informal adult learning infrastructure in the area through partnership working between six local authority councils as well as close working with local conservation groups. Learners were drawn from communities of people active in environmentalism but not necessarily engaged in learning, using practical environmentalism to illuminate broader questions of sustainability.
