This project worked with disabled people attending a day centre in weekly music sessions, in which they learned to play musical instruments, sang, prepared musical events, took part in musical improvisation, and wrote and recorded a song. Learners also prepared and delivered musical events to local residential homes and the community. The project was based on the principles of music therapy. It was underpinned by a partnership between a choir, church and day centre.
