A partnership between Flesh and Bones Family History, Norse Commercial Services and Royal Mail produced this project that sought to engage employees and their families in modular family history workshops that including digital learning activities. Local library services provided information about library membership and the benefits it offers to family history researchers, as well as helping to organise the end of project celebration event. The informal learning approach proved popular with participants, most of whom had not engaged in learning since leaving school and did not tend to take up workplace learning offers.
