Cornwall Adult Education Service led a project that aimed to engage significantly older learners in stimulating activity via current gaming technology. Using Nintendo Wiis, project workers delivered informal learning activities to residents of a nursing home, many of whom had dementia and mobility issues. The use of gaming technology allowed for fun, gentle activities that were both mentally and physically stimulating for learners.
